The term of this Agreement to be one month, automatically renewable each month upon the timely receipt by National Parking of the prevailing fee. This Agreement may be terminated by 30 days written notice by either party; Customer termination must be completed as outlined in section 11 below. Customer will be responsible for all rental charges until the cancellation date.
Payments are either charged automatically to Customer’s credit card or payable to National Parking by check each month. Checks must be RECEIVED by check paying Customers on or before the first (1st) of the month (i.e. payment for July is due on July 1). Checks received on or after the fifth (5th) of the month will be considered late and will be subject to a late fee of $15.00. Payments not received by the tenth (10th) of each month will result in the account being terminated. ALL checks returned as Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or Account Closed will be charged a forty dollar ($40.00) fee, per returned item, plus the late fee of $15.00. National Parking may require any Customer who has presented a check which was returned to National Parking, for any reason, to pay credit card at any time.
Lost or replacement of damaged card will also result in a $10.00 fee. Parking cards(s) will not be issued prior to the submission of a completed parking agreement.
National Parking is not responsible for theft or damage to individuals, vehicles in the garage, or their contents. To reduce the chance of theft or damage, please place your personal items out of sight and lock your car doors. ALL CUSTOMERS WILL PARK AT THEIR OWN RISK AT ALL TIMES.
Access Cards are not transferable to another person or company.
The Customer agrees to pay the specified monthly rate for as long as the Customer maintains possession of the parking card(s).
National Parking reserves the right to terminate any or all monthly parking privileges immediately without cause or liability.
Parking Rates are subject to change at any time by posting of new rates or similar manner. Customers whose account is current are granted the right to park a single vehicle in the specified facility only; vehicle storage is strictly prohibited and subject to tow.
This monthly charge regardless of the payment method will be in effect until National Parking receives from Customer a thirty (30) day advanced written notice, prior to the first of the month, of Customer’s intent to cancel this agreement. Customer may cancel this agreement by delivering notice to National Parking via facsimile, or e-mail. Customer may also cancel this agreement via certified mail.
Customer agrees to adhere to all regulations pertaining to the use of the facility. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that National Parking has the right to make changes to the parking areas within the facility, or lot, which may cause the area the Customer is accustomed to parking in to change, at any time and for any reason. Customer acknowledges they will not receive any refunds due to vacation, absences or any other reason they fail to utilize parking services within the facility, or lot, as per this agreement.
National Parking reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by providing written notice or via email.
